Renaissance Capital Business Management Programme

The Business Management Graduate Programme is a two month rotational training module, including "on-the-job" training in one of the Business Support areas.

The training module comprises an Introduction to the Financial Markets, Investment Banking and the Business Management units; and overviews of Human Resources, Treasury, Compliance, Finance, Risk, IT and Securities Operations. During the programme you will also undertake project work and soft skills development, and benefit from educational breakfasts, dinners and networking events with Business Support Unit and Investment Banking heads at least twice a week.

On completion of the Business Management Graduate Programme you will join an area within the Business Support Group that reflects your skills, ambitions and our business requirements.
